A house reduced to its pure essence

The house, designed by architect Bruno Delva, is essentially a giant cube. The Belgian architect prefers buildings that are austere and sober and approaches each project like a piece of conceptual art. The house in Oostduinkerke was built on stilts to provide a view of the sand dunes. It’s salient feature is the roof top terrace with its magnificent panoramic view.
